CANSA Lost City Cycle Challenge 2010

New Indoor Cycling at Sun City Valley of Waves during 2011 Cycling festival

Bring your Spinning teams and join us for a fantastic day in the Valley of waves at Sun City. All monies are for The Cancer Association of North West and Limpopo. On Saturday 18th August 2012 we are planning an Indoor Cycling where each team consisting of 5 members where 2 of the members must be a female. Unfortunately we can't accommodate the youngsters due to the size of the Spinning bicycle.

Starting time: From 11:00 please book to get your time
Marathon: Consists of 5 members to see what distance the team can cycle in 100 minutes
Donation of R400-00 per team towards CANSA
Only 40 Teams will be allowed please book early. Each team will receive a gift bag
All competitors must fill in an entry form. If you have any medical history please inform us on the entry form.

Only bicycles that are supplied by Lionel's Indoor Cycling will be allowed and the allocation will be by a draw.
Free entry to Sun City and Valley of Waves to all competitors. Please collect your entries before the event at Race collecting venues (on web page). Your entry bracelet will be in your registration pack. There will be 3 different sessions during the day; the group that has the longest distance will be the winning team.

EXPO

Your company has been selected to take part in the exiting cycling weekend 18th to 19th August 2012 at Sun City. We as organizers and Cansa want your company to be part of the expo at the Valley Of waves during this great weekend. We have 21 prime spots on the terrace at The Valley of waves where you may exhibit your product for the entire weekend. We are expecting 4500 road cyclists and 1500 mountain bike riders during the weekend at Sun City. The families of the cyclists will be there to support them and all non cycling guests at Sun City will be around. The exhibiting area is 3 x 3m or 4 x 3m. Bring your own gazebo and tables, electrical points will be available. Set up is on Friday 17th August after 17:00 (no setup on Saturday) breakdown will be on Sunday 19th August after 17:00.

A Donation of R500-00 is required that will go towards the Cancer Association of North West and Limpopo.
